Friday the 13th. Do having superstitions increase the likability that something unlucky may happen? I'm not very superstitious ... and certainly, like most people, would never walk under a ladder. ... But I have thrown a penny or two in a fountain and made wishes ... and, superstitious or not ... my last wish came true. Twofold. And that was good luck for sure.
