Yes, they're beautiful, but what do you do with them? I'm imagining that you boil water and immerse them until tender, add a little sea salt and peppercorn ... and I enjoy red beets, but have never bought any for any other purpose than to paint their loveliness.

They are lovely the way you painted them.
I can't think of anyway they are good to eat however. Better to paint and toss them.
