Tonight I'm making Salmon Fillets in marinade.

Orange Thyme Broiled Salmon

For a quick and easy way to prepare this wonderful fish, this is your answer.

4 servings

1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb. salmon fillets
  1. Combine orange juice, olive oil, thyme, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add salmon fillets and coat well.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Remove salmon and discard marinate.
  5. Broil fish 10 minutes or until flakes with fork.
