July 7th

I will be a better person.

I will live my life with respect and dignity.
I will keep you in my thoughts each day and prayers each night.
I am thankful for my great fortune for having You in my life.

I love you Mom

Sweet dreams and until I see you again xoxoxo

Dear Ann,
In loving remembrance of your Mother, Theresa:

Native American Prayer

Do not stand by my grave and weep;
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I give you this thought to keep:
I am with you still – I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awake in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not think of me as gone –
I am with you still – in each new dawn.

In loving Sympathy,
Dave & Sharon

My first visit to your blog and am so sorry for your loss.
This is a beautiful prayer from your friends.
I hope you soon have a good dream about your mother and she let's you know she's ok.

Ann, I started following your site from the beginning out of curiosity (and family obligation!), and then fell in love with your stories that went along with the paintings. You have brought back so many wonderful memories for me of your mother, my godmother, and your family. Thank you for sharing, you're in my prayers.
Love, Mary

I do not know you, but your paintings are the only ones I purposely search for when I visit this site. I saw the notice in the paper this morning. I am sorry for your loss. She seems to have been a sweet and wonderful mother.
