I was shopping for painting goodies today ... and before me was a stack of beautiful Red Pears each positioned in their own display form. They must have been 'Designer' pears. I examined the lot and sat each one on the nearby wall to observe the way they looked ... then chose this beauty. The color is similar to a red potato - russet red ... oh, the red potatoes go on sale tomorrow so I'll be visiting the shop again.
