Apricot Preserves
A recipe for 'Lazy Apricot Preserves' cooked in the crockpot.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound dried apricots
 - 1 3/4 cups sugar
 - 3 1/2 cups water
 
PREPARATION:
Process apricots in a food processor until very finely chopped. Transfer to a 3 1/2 quart crock pot or slow cooker. Stir in sugar and water.Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours, stirring twice.
